Live An Active Life

My third long term health goal is to learn to live an active life. I want it to be second nature... get out of bed and have the desire to go exercise.

What does an active life mean to me?

  • I want to be able to garden and not be worn out after 15 minutes of weeding and hauling dirt.
  • I want to play with the grandkids
  • I want to go for long walks with my girlfriends
  • walk around my favorite cities and take in all the sights and sounds as a healthy tourist.
  • I want to walk on a ferry, walk around the small towns, going through all the cute little shops and artist galleries on the other side. At the end of the day I want to walk on the ferry to come back home and not be completely wiped out.

Eat Healthy

My 2nd long term goal is to learn to eat healthy without thinking about it. It shouldn't be a decision. I want it to be a habit.

Lose 100 Pounds

My first long term goal is to lose 100 pounds.
